STEP 2: Fill out our online rental contract by clicking here. Once you have the form filled out, you can either print it out or email it to our accounting department by following the buttons on the form.

STEP 3: After you've filled out the form, the website will direct you to the shopping cart where you can find your Child's school and instrument. Once you've found it, simply add to the cart and follow our checkout process to pay for your rental.
